IP Voice IP Quality
 

The Communication's Servers who operate on the IP Net , which allow to have IP Voice , already are a reality. But the IP Net and the associate Devices of IP Voice (Routers, GateWays, etc) must have the sufficient Capacity and Quality Service to assure a good IP Voice Quality to the users. With Ermez AQCT Web 3.4, across the Summary and Reports related to IP Voice Quality , visualizes rapidly the acceptance of the Users (MOS).

MOS: Mean Opinion Score.
Measurement of the IP Voice Quality , with a range between 5: excellent and 1: unacceptable. AQCT calculates the subjective MOS from the parameters: Jitter, Latency and Loss Packages.

Enterprise Report of Management
 

To Enterprise Report of Management, displaied in the beginning, repicture Quality Service is joins. That contains Quality of Attention to Clients and IP Voice Quality, together with the Information and the most relevant monthly Graphs of the Telephonic consumption of Costs' Centers, Extensions and Access Keys. Containing:

Attention's Report to Clients
 

Report that allows To visualize the Attention's Quality of Operators to Clients across Graphs, Operators Rankings and Values. This Report defines 4 Critical Parameters:

  • Average Service Level : Acceptable> 90%
  • Bad Service Hours (Level Service <90 %): Acceptable < 18 Hours (Monthly Summary) or 1 Hour (Daily Summary)
  • Average Telephonic traffic [% Erlang]: Acceptable <65 %
  • High Traffic Hours (Traffic> 65 %): Acceptable < 18 Hours (Monthly Summary) or 1 Hour (Daily Summary)

Traffic Report IP Voice
 
Report that allows To visualize the IP Voice Quality across Graphs, Operators' Rankings and Values. This Report defines 4 Critical Parameters:
  • MOS Average IP Voice Quality perceived by Users of the Communications' Server , expressed in MOS: Range 1-5. Is considered Acceptable MOS > = 3,6 and Good MOS > = 4.
  • Defective extensions (Extensions with MOS < 3,6)
  • Hours with MOS < 3,6: Acceptable < 18 Hours (Monthly Summary) or 1 Hour (Daily Summary)
  • Max. Use BW GateWay's (Bandwidth): Acceptable <65 %
